Re:  New Resident Manager

Effective Feburary 1, 2011 Robert Babauta will be the Resident Manager at 1038-1050 Peach Ave El Cajon, Ca 92021. He will reside in unit 1038 #11. His contact information is 619-593-7715.  He will be your point of contact for any resident or maintenance issues. Attached please find a Maintenance Request form. If you need maintenance or repairs, please fill it out in detail include your contact information and your unit number. Return the completed form to Robert.

He is also authorized to accept your rent payments. Please note a 10% late fee will be assessed on any late payments.  All rents must be made out to Peach Properties.

 NO CASH will be accepted.

We are as well asking for your assistance to help us maintain the premise in a clean, orderly fashion.  Recently, we have noticed many people loitering in front of the building. If you live in the building and/or have visitors, please congregate inside the building. We want to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all of our residents at Peach Properties.

Don’t forget, you can get a $100.00 incentive if you refer a friend or family member to move into any vacant units!
